Specifications:
The best way to set up a sheltered space or to make your mark with a branded area at an event is with our gazebos which create a visible, interactive space. A 240g or 180g polyester gazebo canvas canopy is attached to the folding aluminium frame, and is designed to be simple to use and to stand the test of time. Branding options include silk screen, latex ink and direct-to-fabric digital printing.
Locally manufactured in our own factories in South Africa, all components are genuine Woodline manufactured parts conforming to our high standards of excellence.
Made from aeronautical grade (T6063) natural anodised (15+ micron) aluminium, the gazebo frames feature rapid release connectors with height adjustable legs. Locking levers are all laser cut 304/A2 stainless steel and are tumbled and specially profiled for ease of handling.
All velcro closures are genuine YKK manufactured. Non-scratch foot pads and connectors are all glass-filled nylon. All springs are stainless steel with non-corrosive nuts and bolts. Features a foldaway crank handle for height adjustment.
Optional carry bag, tool kit and side or back walls.
Silk Screen Printing
The screen printed method of branding is effective and long-lasting. A separate screen and positive film is required for each colour. We can print up to 8 colours, including Pantones, metallics and luminous colours. CMYK process, halftone and index print techniques are also available.

Latex Ink Digital Printing
With low setup costs and easy re-orders our water-based latex inks are nickel-free and odourless, providing outdoor durability and a much healthierenvironmental footprint than solvent inks. If your corporate mission includes protecting the environment, you should include latex ink in your campaign.

The solid dispersed inks turns to gas during printing and penetrate right through the material, allowing double-sided prints in one pass with a 95% strike-through. An economical printing method suitable for short term campaigns – ideal for flags, branding, soft signage and textile applications.
