Silk Screen Printing
For more than thirty years Woodline Shade Solutions has been supplying a comprehensive range of top-quality, price competitive OEM parasols for the local and international market. Well-known international brands and contract market customers alike have benefited from our premium grade screen printing, providing excellent branding opportunities for commercial applications, making our parasols as comfortable in the marketplace as they are in the home. The screen printed method of branding is effective and long-lasting. A separate screen and positive film is required for each colour. We can print up to 8 colours, including Pantones, metallics and luminous colours. CMYK process, halftone and index print techniques are also available.

Latex Ink Digital Printing
Our HP 3200 latex inks provide outdoor durability and versatility together with high quality, odourless prints and a reduced environmental impact. The water-based formulation provides for healthier print production than solvent inks without trading off any performance. It contains no toxins, making it completely safe for use in sensitive areas such as canteens, hospitals, schools, clinics etc. If your company is dedicated to protecting the environment, you should make latex ink a part of your future marketing campaigns. Our in-house latex ink digital machine prints up to 3,2m wide to any length required. The water-based latex inks are nickel-free and odourless, providing outdoor durability and a healthier environmental footprint than solvent inks. Our inks meet a range of stringent human health criteria represented by UL ECOLOGO and GREENGUARD GOLD certifications.

Direct-to-Fabric Printing
Always keeping abreast of any advancements in digital printing technology, we have recently invested in the very latest direct-to-fabric Avanti TX 3200 printer along with a Monti Antonio heat press. This system can print fabric rolls up to 3,2m wide at speeds of up to 75sqm per hour at 600dpi x 900dpi. The solid ink turns to gas during printing and penetrates right through the material, allowing double-sided prints in one pass with a 95% strike-through. This is especially ideal for flags, branding, soft signage and textile applications. Fabrics are prepared with a special coating, while the pigment inks create a physical, non-chemical bond with the fibre and can be used on a wide variety of fabrics, including blended fabrics. From a printing point of view, the pigment application process is simpler, allowing printing on different fibres with the same technology, optimizing and improving the entire production process while reducing waste and water use.
